When you hike the Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu you will see impressive Inca ruins, expansive mountain views, lush subtropical vegetation and extraordinary ecological varieties. The “Ancient Inca Road” goes through the National Park and enters through the Sun Gate with unforgettable views of Machu Picchu! We will pass through cloud forests and finally into subtropical vegetation. People hiking the short Inca Trail Trek will have the privilege of seeing the famous Machu Picchu Citadel in the afternoon on the first day and also visiting it the next morning! This trek was designed for those with little travel time who would like to experience a part of the Historic Inca Trail.

Itinerary
Day 1:Sacred Valley
– 8:00 am. We will pick you up from your hotel and then travel to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas”.
– We will visit 3 Archaeological Complexes as well as the typical-craft market of Pisaq.
– Also the Archaeological Complex of Pisaq with its picturesque terraces cultivated in the mountains.
– Then we continue and head towards the town of Urubamba to taste a typical Cusco buffet lunch.
– Afterwards we will visit the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, where there are descendants of the Incas who live in the houses of the Incas.
– Then we return to Urubamba to then go to the Archaeological Complex of Chincheros.
– Finally we will go back to the city of Cusco.
– 7:00 p.m. End of service (referential time).
