Humantay Lagoon 1 Day
The Humantay Lagoon takes its name from the nearby snow-capped mountain (Humantay, 5,473 m) and is considered one of the most beautiful and sacred lagoons in Cusco. Its turquoise waters adorned with snow-capped peaks of Salkantay (6,270 m) directly whisper to you the reason for its popularity.
The present fauna that we can find on the way to the Humantay lagoon are the presence of vicuñas, alpacas and llamas at the beginning of the walk, to later be able to observe animals such as the weasel, vizcacha, birds, chinchillas and on some occasions the condor can be observed Andean.

Itinerary
1 Day:Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa – Humantay Lagoon
Our transfer will visit you at your hotel between 04:00 and 05:00 in the morning to start our unforgettable one day tour to “Humantay lagoon”. Then we will make a two and a half hour car trip to the town of Mollepata where we will enjoy breakfast. After breakfast we will continue our trip until we reach the town of Soraypampa, from this point we will start the walk for an hour and a half to two until we reach the Humantay Lagoon, where we will enjoy the landscape and we will be able to take unforgettable photos and then return to Mollepata, a place where we will have lunch. After lunch we will start the return trip to the city of Cusco. Our tour ends at approximately 6:30 p.m.
